Carolyn Wynk –

Ms. Carolyn Wynk was appointed by the Honorable Judge Glenn H. Derryberry as Human Resources Director in May of 2020.  Ms. Wynk has previously served the Allen County Probate & Juvenile Court with distinction as a Typist, Administrative Secretary, Deputy Clerk, Detention Officer, Assistant Chief Fiscal Officer, and Director of Central Services.

Ms. Wynk has been recognized by her peers for excellent service on multiple occasions throughout her tenure.  Ms. Wynk was named Detention Services Worker of the Year in 1999 by the Ohio Juvenile Detention Services Association and was recognized as Allen County Juvenile Court’s employee of the year in 2009.  Ms. Wynk has also received recognitions for her teamwork and leadership in working with others to improve court operations and serve the community at large.
