Emily DeLong, MSW, LISW-S, serves as the Director of Behavioral Health Services for the Allen County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, a role she assumed in December 2025. With nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health and social services, Emily is dedicated to supporting the well-being of youth and families through compassionate, evidence-based care and collaborative community partnerships.

Emily earned her Associate of Applied Science in Human Services from Rhodes State College in 2014, followed by a Bachelor of Social Work in 2017 and a Master of Social Work in 2018, both from Indiana Wesleyan University. She became a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in 2017, achieved her Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) credential in 2021, and obtained her supervisory designation (LISW-S) in 2022.

Prior to joining the Court, Emily spent nearly eight years working in community behavioral health, serving individuals and families across a variety of settings and levels of care. Her professional experience includes clinical assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, supervision, and program development. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to improving access to behavioral health services and advocating for positive outcomes for those she serves.

In her current role, Emily oversees behavioral health initiatives within the Court, working to ensure that youth and families receive the support and resources needed to promote long-term success and well-being.
