Chelsea Hankinson, B.S., MBA – Chief Deputy Clerk, Allen County Common Pleas Court, Probate & Juvenile Division
Chelsea Hankinson began her career at Allen County Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division in November of 2015 and began her position as Chief Deputy Clerk in January, 2019. Ms. Hankinson earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Michigan University in the field of Paralegal Studies in 2014, and her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northwestern Ohio in 2017. Ms. Hankinson is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Associates of Ohio, alumna of Delta Zeta woman’s sorority, a member of the Lima Young Professionals Group and a member of the local League of Woman Voters. Ms. Hankinson received her Certified Court Manager credentials through the Court Management Program, in 2021, which is a certification offered by the National Center for State Court’s. She is currently seeking her Certified Court Executive credentials, with an expected graduation date in 2024. Ms. Hankinson supervises the Probate and Juvenile Clerk’s offices, manages statistical reporting and is a member of the court’s leadership team.
